I wanted to thank you on behalf of the entire family for the arrangements for my Dad’s funeral, everything was perfect thanks to you. The caring and compassion you show is truly appreciated. Never having gone through the experience I can just tell you that you made it so much easier, there was always a sense of calm with the genuine caring from everyone at Socorro Funeral Home. My experience with Socorro Funeral Home was taking a big risk because I am in the state of Arizona and knew no one to put my trust in in the state of Texas. This funeral home looks beyond profits and into compassion needed at the time of losing a love one. They informed me of every step verbally and in writing. Sadly, I have a lot of experience with losing a love one and this was the best experience while dealing with grief. I highly recommend the establishment because they have a lot of experience, and are well informed of the legality and respect that should be given to the deceased and their families. It is easy to be advantageous to your funeral home because those of us who are grieving are very vulnerable. The have integrity, which is very rare today.

Horrible experience, not even a one star rating. Owner Claudia Martinez is very rude and shares no compassion nor sympathy in the process. Her helping associates show more sympathy then she did and, she is the owner. I wouldn’t recommend her business to anyone. We happened to call on a closed business day and Claudia answered letting my mom and I know it was a courtesy for her answering the phone when we were just trying to get updates on my father’s cremation day or if he was still in the morgue. Questions were asked and Claudia’s response was, What’s the problem he is already cremated.

During the most difficult time the people at Socorro Funeral helped navigate the death of my mom. They took care of details I could not . I highly recommend them. They are compassionate and dedicated to their job. I appreciate the one on one we had with the owner. He was a blessing during a catastrophic time.
