From the front door, the sweet admitting manager and ALL the awesome nurses, EVEN the anesthesiologist were super welcoming, caring and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend this hospital for out patient care (what I had). ❤ufe0f

Made sure I was taken care of. Shout out to my ER nurse Reigann. You are definitely uplifting and helped me to try and feel better. For helping me smile when it hurts to.And also to Dr.Driver for listening to my concerns, making sure I left with knowledge needed to handle my treatment plan. Very clean hospital and nice people.

I work for a company and I received a bill for someone and they addressed it as a workmans comp case. We do not have an employee by this name and I have called everyday for a week and spent no less than 33 minutes on hold before the call gets disconnected or transferred to a 3rd party company at PA Department, which I am then on hold for however long. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails for Shontae in regards to this matter because even though it is not for us this can effect someone drastically for an unpaid bill.nnAfter reading through all these reviews this is not the first time that Shontae and the hospital overall has been inadequate at their job. Due to this issue it is apparent that this hospital does not care about their patients nor their time or livelihood. If they did, they would answer phones, respond to voicemails, or have the decency to redirect this type of bill and information to the correct individual.

This was a very sad experience for me. I miscarried on December 10, 2019. I went into the ER, and most of the individuals I encountered were nice to me. Obviously, there was nothing they could do to stop the inevitable, but they went through the procedures. This review is not for that visit, it is for the amount placed on my credit from that visit. I never received a bill. I take very good care of my credit so this was devastating to see it drop so much over something I would have paid. My insurance company told me to request a write off and for the amount to be pulled from collections. Well my husband and I have been calling the billing department and all we get is a voicemail for someone named Shontae. This has already been such a devastating time for us, and now it has dropped my credit, when we were under the impression the whole time that our insurance covered the visit until this amount showed up on my credit report. Not to mention the collection agency CMRE had me in tears when I contacted them. They are horribly rude, and not willing to help or offer advice in the slightest capacity. I have never had anything like this happen before. UT Quitman needs to do a better job notifying customers before selling debt to this horrendous company. We even asked the woman at the ER desk on December 10, 2019 what we needed to pay and she told us nothing. We tried to pay the copay that we assumed we needed to pay and she wouldn't take it. Next time, we will drive further to go to another hospital if we need to.

Worst experience at an emergency room, and they will ruin your credit with expenses you never knew about.
