Make no mistake, this pharmacy exists as a mere convenience for customers and an additional profit center for the store. These pharmacy staff do not care about you nor your health needs. They’re most certainly not “medical professionals” by any stretch. It’s a grocery store that sells drugs. The same people who work in the pharmacy and provide poor service used to be the same employees who worked at the main checkout and provided poor service. Nothing different. If you actually need a pharmacy for true pharmacy needs, look elsewhere.

Pharmacy techs are very unprofessional and have no people skills. When I called to transfer a prescription it seem like I was a bothering her and wasting her time.

I had to get preauthorization of my medicines from the insurance . They were very helpful .I really appreciate their help . I do recommend them.

I was told 1 week ago that they were out of a specific name brand medication and would order it. They filled a generic (which is not even comparable to the name brand). I was then called back saying they had it but could I pick it up at the Gattis School store...?! If they had it in stock, why in the hell would I have to pick it up from another store??? Some people should not be allowed to handle prescription medications with their intelligence or level of common sense. Just WOW!

This pharmacy is great. They have a wonderful staff and a really helpful automated system. The system will give you a call when it is time to refill your prescription and get it filled right then on the phone. They typically refill my prescription within the same day as a requested the refill.
