Staff working 06-30-2017 / 1142 hours was attentive to my questions and needs reference filling my prescription. The young man that helped me at the drop-off window was polite, understanding and attentive to my situation. Thank you.

Been without insurance, the intake lady was able to help me ask pharmaceutical company's help. For almost 3yrs they have been open to customer concerns and implement them.

I used to use HEB plus for my medications but after moving, this HEB is closer. So i dropped off 3 prescriptions at 3 and they told me it would be ready at 6.n6 rolls around.n7 rolls around.n830 closing time rolls around. Nada. Not one ready.nThey promised me it would be done the next morning. Well I go over there in the afternoon and they made an error and said one of my prescriptions was too soon to refill. I was like uhh what?!?! It was due to refill last week but i have been out of town, i KNOW it is ready. The woman says no. So then i ask her to check the date then. She comes back and says yes it is due today, we actually started it last night and i must have read this wrong. Ok, sure. So i ask when it will be ready. She tells me an hour.nNeedless to say, it was not ready for almost 4 hours. And i know said prescription was in progress that morning bc of the pharmacy app.nI will not be using this pharmacy any longer. This is not the first time i used this oharmacy. Before this last debacle the same thing happened but i gave them the benefit of the doubt.nPlus, whike waiting in line I heard other had this same issue more times than I can count.nI will be going back to Walgreens where my prescriptions are ready within an hour.
