The quality of work is great, I'd give it a 4.5. As for customer service, I'd give it a 2....in the beginning they were great. On top of responses, very detailed in working to customize my cabinet. When the project was almost completed is when I really saw the communication drop off. Multiple requests to gain responses. At one point I thought they just ghosted me and didn't complete the cabinet but they finally came around sharing pics of the completed project. To make matters worse, the cabinet wasn't completed upon delivery. They didn't include the light adapter that let's you control the lights on your own. They also didn't include the handles to the doors I ordered. My cabinet was delivered in Mid Nov and I'm still trying to get resolution from these guys on having the final items completed. Great craftsmanship, poor customer service.

Simply amazing. From start to finish - customer service was on point. The most impressive thing is that they deliver on their work. Our wine wall is so refined and it surpassed our expectations.

Custom wine cabinet had great craftsmanship and attention to detail. A problem with the cooling unit that was the fault of the manufacturer was fixed promptly, even though they had to travel to Dallas to service. Highly recommend.
