The real deal. Absolutely the best prep software available gaurenteed. Thanks for making the studying easy. It's simple. Follow the study strategy as outlined. DO NOT deviate from it. Fantastic customer and technical service.

I reached out to sheppard air twice with questions to some difficult areas and the instructors who came over the phone were unfriendly and simply put grumpy, Soon after I emailed sheppard air to endorse me for my Cpl having sent them results for my test, I didn't hear back from them for over 5 days, finally I reached out to them just one day before my test and they tell me the test you took is now over 5 days old so I need to re-do it, it's no fault of mine that they didn't check their in-box and reply to my email.nTheir material also is sub par with poor explanations, I am glad I also studied the Gliem cause they are much better

Their study material (read; program) is a great tool to study and pass your written exam. If you have questions you can call them at ANY time. They called me back within 10 minutes if I had a question that a flight instructor had to answer. And I must mention that I have been positively surprised every time how well their instructors can clearly and understandable explain the answer(s) on your question(s).

I am conflicted in my satisfaction with this company. I recently made a call to Sheppard Air to purchase the FOI test prep software only to be told that I could not due to the fact that I am not finished with the commercial software. This in itself was enough to annoy me, as I need to study for both the commercial and the FOI due to my classes at Middle Georgia State University coinciding together. All the same, I understand your policy; however, I noticed that the credit card that I used to pay for my commercial test prep was charged for the FOI fee of $35. I called back and was informed my payment would be put back on the card after 24-48 hours. This would all be good and fine if the person on the phone could have at least apologized for not only the inconvenience of your policy but also the charge on my credit card, which, by the way, I have not authorized anyone from Sheppard Air to save. I trusted Sheppard Air with my financial information, not expecting you to keep my credit card information readily available for your agents to see and charge. I like the study material itself and the study method, but the customer service is part of this too and needs work.nnEdit: I called back a different day after having emailing Sheppard Air and spoke with a manager who informed me that the person I spoke with was new and not entirely used to explaining the entire situation or using the system. Given this, I have decided to increase my rating from 3 to 5 stars as I understand their policy and they were able to put my Commercial test prep on hold while I study for FOI. Thank you for the help and the material, Sheppard Air. A way you can improve in the future is 1) not keeping credit card info on file and 2) simply explain the policy and apologize for the inconvenience. That's all I ever ask as a consumer from any company.
