DaVita Victoria Dialysis Center

Not perfect, but it wasn't usually the staff's fault. higher ups made a lot of dumb decisions that upset me and my mom when she was still alive. But the nurses were mostly all awesome and took great care of her.

In May 2019 I started on hemodialysis in an emergency. When discharged from the hospital, my hemodialysis continued as I went to Davita at Victoria Station location. The first day I was there, Abby was my nurse. She was so kind and explained everything to me as the treatment went along. She made me feel so comfortable and relieved all my anxiety. KerrinIs the social worker there and she, too, was so caring. The dietician as well helped me adjust to my new lifestyle. All the nurses there are just great! In July I was a candidate for peritoneal dialysis and had a catheter placed in my abdomen by Dr. John Barber. Afterwards I transitioned over to the Peritoneal Dialysis area. My wife and I underwent 8 days of training by Kim, RN, so we could do dialysis at home while I sleep. There could be no more efficient and caring nurses anywhere.nMy wife is a retired ICU RN and she said the technique practiced by everyone who has done treatments or teaching are top notch. We both highly recommend this Davita location and personnel without equivocation.
