Your facilities are very good looking. The representatives of the facilities were congenial and knowledgeable of our needs. All items were handled professionally.
Very disappointed in the process. We were told certain things would happen then they were changed without us knowing. Then they denied saying that. Yet, my brother, father and myself all heard the same thing. We were told things could happen during the day of the visitation, and when those things came up, family and friends were told the exact opposite. Again, very disappointed. One would think that during such a sensitive and emotional time, they would all be on the same page. Communication was a huge issue. Not impressed at all.
Rosewood's Justin and the staff there were very kind and helpful in the moment we needed the most. Their service were very detailed and timely, and the communication superb. I really thanks God for having them to take care of my mom's funeral needs.
