Super easy..!! Loved the Red Truck I rented. It took no more than 10 minutes from getting there before I was driving away. The employees were professional and nice.
I love Caitlyn she is the only reason I use enterprise!!!! She is always so sweet and on the ball she knows exactly what I want and need every single time I call.... Her customer service goes over and beyond, thank you Caitly for everything!!!
I enjoyed things more when Thomas was there. The new people are not as friendly and things seem to take longer. The rental I got was dirty. Despite everything I will continue to rent there just because its cise to me and convenient. Hope things change for the better.
We always have good experiences when we rent from Enterprise. They work with you and try to get the best vehicle for your needs. They are friendly at the Brenham one. I haven’t rented from anyone else. Just do your part and make sure it comes back as you took it out and they will remember you the next time you want to rent again.
Im to through with enterprise, this is 2020 and when Thomas was there he messed over a lot of people cause he wasn't doing right it should not be held against the customer for what he did so I will spend my money elsewhere. 1 rating for me. Talking about $108 from 2012, are you kidding me.
