Had the one of the worst experiences with this company. During Covid, had to travel for work and rented one of the '5 star' properties only to be told on the eve of departure that the featured, expensive pool couldn't be heated. Arrived and there was no hot water for the master tub, and my family couldn't use the pool. They came over twice a day to install, move a makeshift pool cover, constantly invading our privacy and left coupons for nachos, thinking it would smooth things over. Never got a follow up from the Above owner and left early only to have the current owners of the property move right back into their place and not refund our money. What a total waste of time, energy and space. You would think they would go out of their way to help the customer. They also wouldn't provide the address of the property till the day before we traveled for 'security' reasons, although they have your CC, address, payment, contract and details on file. Shame on this business. Feel totally scammed and I have traveled the world for close to 40 years.

Not competent property management people and problems with the property that were not properly addressed. Left early and disappointed. Over-promoted and under-delivered.

Absolutely gorgeous homes, amazing staff. I highly recommend Arrive properly for a relaxing getaway.
