Such a gem in the Hill Country! The house is perfectly situated to go and visit wineries and distilleries yet still has a lovely property to escape to and enjoy peaceful evenings relaxing by the pool, on the patio or just going for a walk. The sunsets are amazing! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful and clean, no issues at all. The house has a great layout for people so you can have quiet time or meet in the central common area for a glass of wine. I absolutely loved this long weekend get away with friends! I will be back :)
LOVED this property! The house was exactly what we needed. We had an issue with the ice maker in the refrigerator. I called Turn-Key and the responded immediately. A service person was on site the next day. While the issue could not be fixed during our stay, we were refunded for inconvenience. TurnKey made our vacation absolutely hassle-free. They called and texted me to make sure that we were happy with everything and if there was anything we needed to let them know. I am looking forward to using TurnKey again for our next adventure!
AMAZING PROPERTY. Huge compound that is privately gated. Loved the private boat dock. Lovely swimming location. Nice huge firepit and gigantic deck overlooking the water. Seriously I cannot over state the beauty. Also having a main house and two cabins was great for our large group so we didn't get sick of each other. 10/10.
The property manager, Susana was amazing / we had a few things in the kitchen that were missing, and on Dec 25 - Christmas Day, she was responding to text exchange and the following morning, left at the doorsteps, were the missing things. I cannot thank Susana enough for her dedication to ensuring best experience for her customers. The house was wonderful and the views pristine and properly manager’s responsiveness was simply the icing on the cake that made a world of a difference.
The customer service at turn key was phenomenal. I've dealt with different vacation rental companies before and this one by far went above and beyond. Communication was easy, responsive time was fast. Definitely suggest turn key. We will absolutely use them again.
