This is my everyday park.nIf you want a place to jog, walk and enjoy nature this is the place to go. It has a ~1.5 mile loop but also have several hiking roads you can explore.nThe soccer field is very well cared.nFishing is not good here, I've only small perch and you have to be careful with hungry turtles.

We have been going to Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park for many, many years. We have spent countless hours riding the bike trails, hiking around the creek beds, and admiring the wildflowers. This is an absolutely lovely place to spend time. It is in the city, but you can walk five minutes into the woods and feel like you are in the middle of the country. I highly recommend this place for people of all ages. My dog loves this park too. The people we encounter are friendly and there is so much to do and see.

Parking can be tough most days, feel free to find an open spot along curb. Trails are nicely branched out and differ in wideness. Some are better for walking while others are great to run different inclines and rougher ground.

Great course for disc golf, its setup backwards for now.

It is a great place to take your pet for walk and jog. The road to the parking lot has some holes need to be on the lookout for. The park definitely gets really dark once the sun goes down, suggest to bring a head lamp with you if you are staying late.nnNot the best fishing spot though, past experience caught perch, turtles.. plenty of turtles!
