Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would like to take the time to express my visit with Enterprise. I had my rental for over a week and at one point my card for my payment declined. Well they were all so patient and understanding, switched me out from a van (that I didn’t want) into a Malibu (which drove great). Everyone there to include James, Lauren, Robert went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Never once did they show any type of negativity. Thank you guys so much for all your patience and understanding, I greatly appreciate it and will definitely be back.nBonnie

Lauren c was amazing, I have had the pleasure to rent a car through enterprise twice from her Directly and she was such a sweetheart. She made sure to make me an my kids safe, went out of her way every time! This is why I rent a car from this location an from enterprise every other month for work an to visit family because of her! Best worker there! I recommend her.

Your Victoria, Texas location has horrible, rude customer service.  I am in Victoria for a day trip today on business. My rental had a leak and so I drove very carefully to the Enterprise location. I went in and there were 2 women there. One is an assistant manager. They told me they have no rentals (totally understandable) and that I could just go to Firestone. I told them I did not think the car would make it to Firestone safely and that I'm not from here and don't know the area. They said that if I had a blowout and had to tow, I would have to pay for the tow. I told them I wasn't doing that so I guessed I was going to drive on the room instead, but what if it got damaged? They said that's why they have the damage waiver protection (which is on my rental) and actually have me permission to damage the car and drive it unsafely.nnAs I was leaving, I told them I was shocked that Enterprise would be so unhelpful and they actually said they hadn't been. Uh, what? Yes you have been because you just refused to help me!nnA male assistant manager actually followed me outside and did exactly what I would have expected from Enterprise. I was irate by then but he was so great! He said he had only caught the last part of the conversation, but he had looked at the route. He agreed that it was too low to drive and asked if he could fill out and get me safely to Firestone. He also told me there were two locations and which one to go to and called them so they would expect me. He explained that Firestone would charge them and not me, and he totally made the rest of my experience easier.nnEnterprise, you guys should put him at the front desk and send those two ladies to training on how to represent your company well. I think that you should be embarrassed by this. My San Antonio location would never treat anyone this way.nnOther customers should beware. I don't know what other rental companies have locations in Victoria, but I suggest that they pick anywhere else to take their business. I'm pretty disgusted by a place that knows it's the only location in town and therefore thinks it can make someone's stressful situation more stressful.

Great car! Really good on gas. Got to FORT WORTH TEXAS for $20 with a quarter tank to spare!!nCold ac, roomy car, nice ride.nGood price for rental too!

I want to give a shout out to Stephanie in the Victoria office who helped my sister and I rent a car for our mom. She has been so helpful, kind, considerate, and professional. She was able to help us very quickly and efficiently in spite of pouring down rain. She is an absolute gem! I appreciate her more than I can adequately express! She gives your company a good name! She is an incredible asset and should be highly valued in your office.
