In all of my travels, I have never found a place with so much to offer. From the minute I pulled in, I realized that I had been missing out. I mean come on, a RV Resort in the middle of Downtown Austin.nPlenty of Restaurants, Bars, Hiking, and everything else Austin has to offer, as soon as you walk out of Pecan Grove.nI wish nothing but the best for this place, and. Cant wait to visit again. Soon!!

This place is all about location. You’re walking distance to a lot of places and downtown Austin. The owner was very accommodating to the fact that I would be arriving late. The place is pretty basic but it’s clean and feels safe. No real amenities but we were not staying there for that. I’d stay here again if I visited Austin. The showers and bathroom are clean. The people that live there long term seem very friendly.

If you like the convenience of staying in the city, not having to drive, being close to everything...food, spirits, recreation, parks, and great people then this IS the place! From reservations, to price, to my spot, and of course Jim, who was very helpful, friendly and cool! I stayed one week and loved the lively noise and smells of the city I miss! Hands down an awesome urban camp spot with full timers and travelers alike. I’m definite coming back to stay longer than a week. Thanks Jim!

Quiet and has everything you need for a wonderful taste of Austin. Friendly staff and very helpful neighbors. So close to Zilecker Park, the food truck parked, and the restaurants are so accommodating, makes it very pet friendly too. Cannot say enough good things. Enjoy.

This was a surprise Gem close to everything downtown Austin. When I checked-in Larry persoanally directed me to our site and helped me back in. He was super nice and friendly and made me feel welcome from the get-go. The park is not fancy but it has a wonderful eclectic charm about it that we loved. The site we were in was surrounded by tall old beautiful trees and had a small wooden deck surrounded by a trellis. It was Jan so there were no leaves on the trees but I'll bet Spring and Summer are beautiful when these are in full bloom. We loved our stay there and this park will be our FIRST choice when we go back! I give this park five stars for its unbeatable location and our overall experience!
