Before I tore my AC joint, I used to workout at least twice a day(boxing, running, swimming). I was unable to shadow box due to the pain in my shoulder. I started physical therapy at YPB about 2 months ago and the staff was great. They are very knowledgeable and started teaching me from day one. I finished therapy yesterday and I feel like I have a new shoulder. I recommend anyone who is considering doing Physical Therapy to set up an appointment. I personally worked with Tim and he showed passion for what he does and he lives by what he teaches. He is thorough, efficient, and got me out as quick as possible.

After a serious elbow injury, YPB helped me regain full use of my arm. When I started physical therapy, my elbow was limited to flexing in a twenty degree range of motion. YPB used a combination of exercises and massage to help repair my elbow, and now I can fully bend and straighten my arm with no pain.nnThey worked with me for several months and many follow-up sessions until I was back to 100%. I highly recommend their services.
