10/10 Experience. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout and are very easy to work with if you need to reschedule your appointment. My wife and I both worked with Kendall for about 4 months and she was very instrumental to us both fixing issues we were having. PT Solutions has great in house sessions with their staff along with very helpful tips/tricks and take home exercises to continue your PT while away. If we ever have issues again in the future we will absolutely be returning here and will continue to recommend PT Solutions to all our family and friends.

In Nov and Dec 2020, I went to PT Solutions for physical therapy for a minor meniscus tear repair surgery. The staff there makes getting better fun (as can be), and they care about you. Their physical therapists make sure you are making progress and the exercises they assign you are appropriate for your current progress level. They listen to your feedback. They have very flexible hours, so give them a try.

I have always had problems with my hips and after going to the doctor I discovered I needed physical therapy. My doctor handed me a very long list with a ton of physical therapists in the Austin area. There weren't many reviews for PT Solutions but I decided to give them a try. Walking in it is a smaller space but the team at PT Solutions make it work and there is always enough room for you to get the treatment that you need. The team is funny, relatable, hardworking, and always made me feel welcome. My treatment was challenging (as it usually is) but the team at PT Solutions always listened to me and helped me to feel better. Brianne was very communicative and always worked with me if I needed to cancel, rescheduled, or if I was running a bit late. If you are looking for a phenomenal physical therapist in the Austin area PT Solutions is for you!

Wonderful Experience! Kendall was the physician that worked with me during my visits. She was extremely knowledgeable and humble when communicating to me in a way that I understood. They were very accommodating with my work schedule and there was never a long wait, even if they were busy. Kendall was very realistic and upfront with me in understanding my limitations, providing me with many at home exercises. Following-up with me after each appointment showed that she was very supportive and compassionate. I highly recommend PT Solutions of South Austin and all of their Staff!

I had a wonderful experience with this group of physical therapists, and the business as a whole. Their model focuses more on strength building and exercises than on manipulation (massage, etc), and I found it highly effective. They're knowledgeable and friendly, and I'll definitely be returning for any future physical therapy needs.
