This is a long overdue review from my experience from last summer. I was reminded how helpful Dr. Grace and his caring staff were to me after going for a run today which I wasn't able to do when I first went to see him.nI was referred to be treated for right buttock pain. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the day I was able to ring the bell and 'graduate' feeling better, the staff at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists were nothing but exceptional. I felt comfortable with their office COVID protocols and didn't mind that second temp check after coming in from the 100-degree heat. :) Not having the best insurance plan, I appreciated them working with me and my schedule to come up with a plan of treatment.nWith many choices out there for PT I highly recommend them to steer you back to a road of recovery as they did for me. Thank you Dr. Grace and TexPTS!

Dr. Grace and his team are absolute pros and provide caring support during recovery. Being able to see the same therapist for every visit, backed up by a team who always support made me stick with the therapy. Everyone is very positive and encouraging; I'm very grateful for the help I received in getting shoulder function back!

I've been there twice over the years for two different injuries. Staff is competent, knowledgeable, friendly. Their therapeutic procedures work and make you get better.

The following story sums up the kind of care you’ll receive at TPTS Westgate. A mother brings her young child along her therapy sessions. One day, the child starts getting upset and cranky and is letting the world know about it. It happens. The staff and clients are understanding, the mother and her physician can’t stop what they’re doing at that moment so we’re all getting ready for a toddler’s fit, then Dr. Coleman stops what he’s doing and comforts the little one, engages with him, calms him down. He didn’t have to do it. Upset children are a fact of life, but it was that little extra compassion describes TPTS.nnI came to TPTS requiring serious and lengthy physical therapy. Dr. Grace was a comforting and encouraging practitioner. My injury could be life altering, but Dr. Grace gave me guidance to cope and overcome. I may or may not have a full recovery but Dr. Grace and staff gave me the tools to get much closer to “normal”. The relationships I formed during the lengthy PT course were very valuable to me as was the help navigating through the maze of insurance bureaucracy.nnPhysical Therapy requires work. It isn’t passive and recovery can’t be given to you. It requires listening to your health care providers and following their instruction in and out of the facility. Dr. Grace and his staff gave me tools and encouragement for on going healing.nnWord of advice: mornings are older clientele, afternoon has younger patients come in. The music accommodates accordingly.nnP.S. I wasn’t Dr. Coleman’s patient and I couldn’t find the opportunity to tell him how much I was impressed with his compassion, so I hope he reads this.

I did exactly what they asked of me for 8 weeks and I overcame my painful sports injury. I would absolutely return if another issue ever comes up. Recommended ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
