Sara in the pharmacy went above and beyond for me over the phone. She offered EXCELLENT customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. She exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more thankful for her help.

TBH i saw a tik tok about one of your pharmacy employees being rude to a single mom with a 2 year old. This pharmacy employee was rude to the lady saying that her 2 year old needed to have a mask on or else she won't give her the prescription?? Like what kind of service is that? It just makes your company look bad first of all. Two year olds are not required to wear a mask as said by the managers of that place and corporate! This employee embarrassed this mom and humiliated her in front of people -_- Honestly do better and train your employees to not be so rude!!!!

I've always had very good service at this HEB Pharmacy over 29 years.

I called them to have a prescription transfer and let them know I was leaving town and it was time sensitive. They had an issue with my insurance which actually was a misunderstanding on their but they did not even call me back to let me know. I called back they at that point called to get my insurance issue workout and which again they were the ones who misunderstood

They deleted a bad review I left! I mean literally paid to have my review deleted. They told me to come in by 10 am. It wasn't ready(i arrived around 12) they wanted me to have a seat(20-30 minute wait) and called me a liar. Yes you read this right, called me a liar that the text message they sent said 10 am pick up. After 25 years I will never use them again. I am livid they paid to have my review taken down. It was professional and polite and 2 stars. Now screw this place, screw manners. Do not go here!!!!
