Kudos to these guys (once again) for saving me. They came in a moment's notice and re-keyed 5 locks in a very professional fast way. Price was fair and Max and Amie were respectful of the property. I recommend Cothron’s security professionals . I had a couple of pieces of furniture with antique locks that wouldn’t work ! I really wasn’t sure it could be fixed ! Laine came to the house and went to work to get the jammed key out of the lock. Apparently it wasn’t the correct key for the lock. So he took the door off and went to the shop where Winston ( who is a specialist in old locks ) made new keys. And in a very short time came back reinstalled the door and keys that worked ! Laine and Winston are awesome, so knowledgeable and very professional !
I've spoken to Amie a handful of times, and she's been impatient and irritable every time.nCustomer service for in-store services was better, in my experience.
