Excellent speedy service and got my locks replaced in no time. The new lock didn't work with my old keys, but Zach came back and got it all fixed.
I ordered two keys, received one for free. All three keys were perfect!!! The whole process took maybe 10 mins! This was great. I found out where the machine was via internet. COVID prevented me from going to Home Depot but I needed keys very badly.
When asked what the charge was over the phone they couldn’t tell me Due to their policy. There was no communication between the office and the technician. My girlfriends car needed to be unlocked and they charged her instead of my card that I authorized via link sent to me. Price is too high for an easy job that simply needed to be unlocked. Will never be using this company again. I have had the same car unlocked before for half the cost of what this company charges. If I was the one needing the service instead of my girlfriend I would have declined the service but she needed the service right away and this was the only company that was close to her location. It was my first time using them. We live and we learn.
