I literaly just spoke with this woman on the phone at 8:30 AM on December 22, 2020 who is answering phones at this location. I explained my situation and told her our reservation was accidentally made in another city but was currently being transferred as we spoke. She told me she had no way to look up to see if the reservation was there, seemed like she didn’t really care to nor wanted to actually help because as soon as I called another location I literally gave the name and they found it in 30 SECONDS so I’m not sure if she just lacks in very poor customer service skills but I don’t appreciate her lack of empathy in trying to help me assist in finding the reservation when it was that easy when it’s her job to make reservations.... Hopefully to whomever this is is more helpful to others in the easiest of aspects or just gets more training in how to do her job. Poor customer service.

Rated 1 star just so I could post a review. Reserved a car online. Took off from my job to Uber to the location and was told they overbooked&have no rentals,not even 1 available vehicle. Claiming they were trying to reach out&let ppl know,but I never got any message when my email&cell are on the reservation,which confirmed my reservation was waiting. No offer of any compensation, promo for my troubles&loss of work&Uber fee there and back to wk.nI called corporate. Lady was very nice at telling me nothing is available at any near location&a senior associate would be calling me shorty. Never got a call! And the offer to complete a survey after the call.. No thanks! Enough of my time and funds wasted! And,survey isn't getting me a ride. Ive used enterprise all over the states and treated very well. This location has been a major disappointment!

best service I’ve ever got in any car rental in US. These people were so helpful and kind, told us places to visit and even changed our car from a Nissan to a BMW with no extra charge. We asked for a change because it felt too strong, and they gave us an Audi. These people would do everything they are available in their hands to help you. Beyond expected!

The branch manager made my experience the best I’ve had renting a car. He helped me promptly, was responsive, incredibly friendly, and also offered an upgrade because it was available. Even before he had offered the upgrade I was already incredibly impressed. I had called ahead of time to ask a question about my expired license with COVID and I did recognize his voice when I came in, he was exceptionally friendly and helpful over the phone as well.
