Hi , I have been a customer of Enterprise for many years today was a very bad experience for me so everything went well until I asked the gentleman if he needed to see proof of insurance he then said no you should have it if not you should have gotten our insurance well he said it rude excuse me but don't assume I have really good vehicle rental insurance i was just asking to see if he needed to see proof after this trip I will find another rental companynAmy
Overall trash customer service!
CHARGED COMPANY CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATIONnnAt the beginning of our rental agreement we gave a credit card to place a hold for deposit with strict instructions not to charge the card. Every 30 days for 4 mths (Jan-May) I went in to pay with my bank card and redo the rental contract...no problem...until they decided to charge $1200 on the Company Credit Card without speaking to anyone 2 days before I turned the car in. I had no idea until I tried to pay and they said it was already charged!nnAfter “fixing” the problem (it will still show on the statement as a charge and refund) instead of apologizing or offering any way to make the experience even a little better the sales associate said “Oh well, what’s done is done.”nn$7,500 4 mth Rental And that’s how we were treated.
We had a great experience. The service was quick and the staff is friendly. I would certainly rent a car from this location again.
