Worked with Sam at this location during the past 10 days to rent a car after an accident. He was absolutely great and easily extended the rental when the insurance took a while to pay and we needed the rental longer. Its nice to be able to call and get personalized service instead of wait times and recorded messages. I will absolutely rent from this Hertz location again and Hertz needs to pay Sam more!!
Please do not book reservations here, we had booked a car for 24th Dec , and they were closed, they gave other hertz locations but non of them provided with car. And this hertz facility did not even inform us regarding the closure, we had to cancel our entire trip. i would like to give zero ratings for hertz and this location. I do not recommend this to anyone .

Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend renting anything from them. I had confirmation for booking a car online and got off my plane flight and got here and they turned me away because they didn’t have the car I had confirmed online.
Very bad experience as we booked a car from a third party at this location. When we reached this location, there is notice placed saying that we are temporarily closed and was not even informed to the third party vendor by Hertz. I never expected this from Hertz. I will not recommend Hertz at anyone.
