Beware! - I find it hard to believe the positive reviews posted about this location. Both the customer service as well as the vehicles themselves are of very poor standards. The vehicles are absolutely filthy and we were told this is because they have no way to clean or service them at this location. The one we were originally given even had a plastic bottle stuck in the front grill along with the car and windshield being totally encrusted with bugs and dirt. This was also evident on the other vehicles parked nearby. The interiors of the three we tried all reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and we ended up driving for most of our trip with windows cracked to try and alleviate the fumes. The manager showed zero care or interest in helping find a solution and when I asked if there might be another Budget close by to pick up a car from she said we would have to call ourselves and figure that out. I've rented cars in third world countries that offered a better experience than what we received at this location.

Rented a car from this location in January 2018 for a week. Dropped it off without damage and they confirmed this. Now in April I have a charge on my card for $186. I called budget who said that it was due to repair for damage.nnI have asked for proof and documentation to prove this. What is disturbing is that they billed it months later without even consulting first.nnI would like to know how many times this location levies such charges to other customers.

Easy rental car pickup...nothing like waiting for luggage at carousel and getting keys to car. Love the airport

This is my second time renting a vehicle at this location, it is both an Avis and Budget dealer. Both times I have been very satisfied with the ease of picking up the vehicle and returning it. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will definitely give them my business again!
