Ben reported the car stolen at the start of day 17 of my rental (two days since I last paid) because the balance is $112. The next “rental day” will start at 3pm at which time, the balance WOULD raise higher if I didn’t pay/return the car. I told Ben I have cash yesterday & need to go by the bank. Yesterday.. Unfortunately due to poor weather conditions, I didn’t make it out, but was about to deposit an additional $500 for an additional extension this morning since it’s not hailing and iced over anymore.nnBut instead, I wake up to my parents calling and telling me that Ben has escalated the balance and the car is now in the process stolen of being reported stolen... it was 9am.nNow, Instead of beginning my day like I had hoped, I have made the deposit, am HAPPILY paying my $112, while making arrangements with another rental company. Thanks Ben!

Easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had renting a car. Reserved a vehicle a few nights before I needed to pick it up and a day before pickup, the associate called me to verify I still needed it. I was already emailed with a total that I would be charged so there were no surprises. Easy Peasey! I went to the South Lamar location in Austin TX and the associate there was super nice. I will use these guys all the time from now on.

These guys are great! I showed up right at 7:30 to pick up the intermediate SUV I had reserved and unfortunately they didn't have one available. They took swift action to call around to other nearby locations and secured the perfect vehicle for me and made it super easy to swap out. Will be renting with them again!

My insurance company provides a rental car from enterprise and car is very smoke smell. Enterprise said i can exchange car next day from any other branch. Almost a week i called for exchange and no other branch interested to exchange the car. My kids don't want to get into the car. Really I had very bad experience with enterprise. Definitely I won't recommend from enterprise.
