We love, love, love Matthew at Fast Frame. We save up piles of artwork to bring to him because he is SO good at making all our art look amazing. He has such a creative eye, and he is also an absolute gem of a human. The few minutes we get to hang out with him while he is helping us out with our frames is always like catching up with your coolest best friend. So, take that pile of artwork you've been hoarding to Matthew and thank me later.

Austin Fast Frame and Wheat (our sales rep) are life savers. I own a healthcare practice and Wheat was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule, right in the middle of the pandemic craze. He was super responsive, professional and he provided us with a very high quality product. Highly recommend their services. Thank you guys!

I'm a big fan of these folks. Matthew is amazing. I've always been pleased with the results of my framing jobs. So much so that I've started to bring all our company's framing needs here, as well! Very friendly and professional.

Wrinkled my license in three places and my Doctorate diploma in one place!!! Fastframe took nearly two months to complete but it looks like a cheap 10 minute job!! I was promised 30 years of experience, but it looks like they gave my frame to a novice. I would expect more perfection for a nearly $400 job. Extremely disappointed in fastrame’s quality and honesty.nn***UPDATE*** I returned to fast frame where they agreed to fix the frame with in one week. They ironed out all the wrinkles, re- cut and centered both mats and changed out the frame which was given to me with chipped paint.nThere were still imperfections in the cut of one of the frames in the corner, which they said was from the machine used to cut the mats. I was refunded the cost of the matting material.nOverall I am happy with the general design and appearance of both frames. I wish they would pay more attention to detail before returning my frames. Also it seemed there was no one person who worked on my frame exclusively so there is no accountability.
