The library says open on its doors. It states on google maps it is also open. Only open curb side. Must call for any service. If you want to use WIFI at the library for a quiet study place try staying home as an alternative option. All services as it was stated to me are restricted to street/curb side assistance.
The young man at the desk was very helpful. They didn't have an item I wanted and he looked up other library's inventory and found it. He also always gives us information for kids activities there. I heard he delivered a baby too!
Thanks John for this wonderful 3D cup replica. Great place for books and movies DVDs. Ashley and Jose are very helpful too....

Im 100% sure I returned a movie I checked out from the downtown library at this library's book drop and they are now making pay for it because it's nowhere to be found . DO NOT check anything out , DO NOT return anything here . They will acuse you / charge you at any opportunity they can , they don't care if it's your fault or not . The desk people are also very rude I do not recommend you going to this library , if anything go to Diamond Hill or the one Downtown Fort worth .
