Poor management poor service! I bought a pair of earrings on my birthday month and the first time i wore them them pinched my ear lobe so went to return them and the associate told me ok you can exchange them so i found a necklace only to be told there would be a 20.00 dollar charge!!!! Bc there is a no return policy on a birthday item! Really Kendall Scott REALLY!nNext time i will shop at James Avery! You will not get anymore of my money! Oh and bc you don’t except cash!
