The staff at this location is tops! They are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. It is my favorite Ann Taylor location.

Tucked away in a corner of University Park Village, is the only Ann Taylor in Fort Worth. If you've been in this upscale retail shop, your in for a treat. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable of the upcoming and current trends for AT.nnYou can call ahead to set a personal stylist visit for an hour. Which is something I thought only the New York locations did. The associate on hand will help you find the right business wear and social wear you might find interesting.nnI enjoyed being waited on even as a walk-in, there to just browse the wears. Something new always seems to come along every 3 month's or so.nnWhen this location is extremely busy days service can be a bit slow, but to be expected among 15+ shoppers and only 2 registers. So, I like to pop over to their Loft branch on Hulen street. Loft doesn't have the same selection in business ready attire, but it does have a broader range in casual and evening wear.nnPlus, you can use your Loft card at Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor/Loft Outlets.nnI'll give this place 5 stars when they start serving martinis for platinum members.

The staff has always been friendly and kind. The other comments about the staff being disrespectful seem totally entitled, and in my experience, incorrect. I buy all of my suits here and have always been treated with respect. Don't believe everything you read from grouchy old women.

By far the worst customer service I have ever seen at a store. There were two ladies working, one girl was a brunette and the other had black hair. Both of which were not very helpful and EXTREMELY discriminatory. We needed interview outfits for medical school and they were extremely rude when we asked about the sale thats going on and they could care less about helping us. Avoid going there, for a place thats meant for business attire no one should be that rude to customers.
