Wife and I came into the store on Saturday so she could see about getting a bracelet along with an engraved charm. Ordered it in the store that Saturday, was notified that it was ready to be picked up the following Thursday.nAngela took good care of us when we were in the store, but the entire staff was very friendly and helpful - which always makes the experience that much better.nRegarding the quality of the jewelry, I' have a James Avery necklace that I've had for probably 3 years, and a leather bracelet that I've had for 18 months; both are worn daily and I've had zero issues with either.nI would always recommend James Avery to anyone in the market for this type of jewelry. We will definitely shop here again!

I have made so many purchases at this location and every time it is a great experience. The staff is attentive, friendly and prompt. The product is outstanding as well. So many great choices with a good price range for all customers.

Great experience! The store was very well organized and easy to shop. The associate helping us was helpful without being pushy. We bought for my daughter's birthday and will be back!
