They don't stand behind their jewelry. I bought a charm and necklace, 2 weeks ago. I got a good price for them, however the charm breaks in my hands a week later... Won't do a refund, won't do a charm replacement... But is willing to charge me for a repair... I will never buy from these folks again.

Please be very leary about doing business with this jeweler. Me and my late fiance bought our matching tungsten carbide wedding bands here against my better judgment. But, my fiance was happy about the decision so I went along with it. While we were there, I asked alot of questions since I was skeptical about buying tungsten metal. Their tag on the ring showed them to be valued at $599.99. They claim theit jewelry is reduced 80% off the retail value, but now I am starting to believe this is not really the case. A foreign couple run this business at a kiosk in the mall. You can not get a refund after your purchase. You can only get store credit for an exchange within 7 days with your receipt. We paid a total of $239.60 for both rings. Hard lesson learned. I will never do business with them again. I even tried to call the gentleman after my purchase and all he did was refer me to look online via the search engine. Be very careful if you purchase jewelry from them. I would look elsewhere rather than make the mistake I made last month.
