As a second long distance jewelry purchase (Texas to California) Tasha Ramirez of Reads Jewelers in Fort Worth made the process of buying a very nice ring for my wife's Christmas present a seamless and simple process. Although the order was placed a bit late Tasha and her team were able to push it through and make it arrive before Christmas and my wife loves it! Thank you Tasha and thank you Reads Jewelers. I live out of state and had a custom necklace designed by Read’s Jewelers. Tasha was so kind and helpful from the time I walked in the door until my piece was completed. She kept in constant contact updating me with how it was coming along and answered all my questions. Read’s created a a piece of jewelry I will always cherish.

My wife and I had been admiring jewelry from Reads for a couple of years. We first saw them in Cowboys and Indians magazine and later saw some of their items on display in a store in Las Vegas. So, knowing how much my wife loves their jewelry, I decided to surprise her with a new wedding ring for our anniversary. I called Reads, and by luck, I was connected with Tasha—the world’s best helper of husbands who want to make sure they get the right jewelry for their wives!nTasha was sooo patient with my million questions and so helpful by offering some options based on my wife’s likes and my budget. The experience was so awesome, I decided to take a road trip with my wife from CA to Fort Worth to meet the people at Reads—all of whom are the salt of the earth!nWhen we got to Reads we redesigned my wife’s ring, again—they are so patient and so helpful. We also bought a few other items(so much for my budget!) I’ve worked with a lot of jewelers, and I will never work with anyone but Reads going forward. Their quality and attention to detail is far superior to anyone I have worked with before. I am in CA and was worried about not being able to achieve my vision without being there in person to go through it. I was blessed to get Tasha as my sales associate. The time and consideration she gave me to understand my desired outcome was above and beyond. She cared for me, and the process, from beginning to end. I got EXACTLY what I asked for. In all of my jewelry purchases I’ve never felt as cared for. No matter how many times I called Tasha to go over the little details she always greeted me with cheer in her voice and sincere effort to make everything perfect for me.
