Went to see Bruce on 8-1-20 and bought a 41mm Datejust. I got to know him from previous visits to the store. Bruce gave some good sound advice. Bruce is incredibly knowledgeable and his service is top notch. He knows his watches. All of the sales staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help. I will be a long time customer. Decided to explore Haltom's for engagement rings, since I wanted to go with a reputable company who has been around a long time, and should hopefully be around forever. I worked with a guy named Will, who was incredible knowledge around diamonds and what to look for. The buying process was very comfortable and the look on my fiancee's face when I surprised her with the ring was priceless. Very happy with my experience working with Haltom's.
I took my Omega seamaster watch that I purchased from the campbowie store a few years ago, to have the band repaired/ reattached, and another watch that needed the band reattached via a wrist pin. Larry didn't seem to be interested in my omega repair let alone my other watch band. Needless to say I'm not happy with my omega band reattachment/ Substandard. I was told they wouldn't reattached my other watch band to my other watch. Customer service sucks.No real professional watch repair. No custom jeweler either, for something I wanted made. I won't be back...
I dropped off my Omega Seamaster for service. They have a very friendly and courteous staff. The store is well lit and has a nice selection of watches in-stock.
