An Australian family caught short without enough medication for our trip. The pharmacist took the time to find a clinic that would see us and gave us excellent directions and advice. Empathy and professionalism

Had to get an emergency prescription for Medrol (prednisone) dose pack on Christmas Eve, only to find no other pharmacies could fill it because it needed to be special ordered. The pharmacist on duty at Fresh Market was a lifesaver and was able to get me the regular script of pills and took the time to write out the daily doses and frequencies for me. He went above and beyond what I expected, not to mention I was so grateful not to have to go to my last pharmacy option to have it filled (Walmart... on Christmas Eve 😱).
