Joe or Joel was the manager in duty and after a hard time with the online reservation line, he was the only one trying to help us get a car so we could drop off our truck at the shop. Thank you for being so nice and respectful even though we were frustrated. Will definitely rent from him again if need to.
Went in for prices. They don't have price lists was not very nice and for the smallest car it was $60 plus to rent 1 day! That is insane especially when you Google it shows $10 a day!
I have experienced horrible things with the Bryant Irving Budget location. They lack customer skills, and it's always some type of issue with the billing. They will charge you extra and will not honor corporate policies. I would give them zero stars if Google allowed me to do so.
Scene Avis and Budget merged the availability and closing time could be better. Overall my experience was professional and very curious.
Very friendly staff, efficient helpful information. Will rent from this place again.
