The rude lady that was running the show was incredibly rude. Instead of helping resolve a minor issue.. she just stood thier with a smug look and kept saying I can not help you with this at all. I ask if she could call a superviser and she laughed“ she then gave me a number for me to call. If a person is at a buisness just for a paycheck they will bring a empire down.

If you like bad customer service, being charged two times over the orginal rental agreement and getting a van that runs like it is on it's last leg, then this is the place for you! The only positive thing I can say about this location is the only employee that works there named Justin. He has a great attitude and tries to help when the Avis/Budget customer service could care less that they have charged you two times more than they should have. We prepaid thinking this would save us time, money and hassle for a family getaway but this was not the case. If I could give zero stars, I would have. ud83dudc4e

I'm an Avis Preferred Plus member. I've seen different Avis shops all over the country (and world). This is easily the worst one I've ever visited. I arrived at 7:30 to get my car. They didn't have the vehicle I requested (ok, not a huge deal). But the worker gets confused and sends me to the back of the line. 30 minutes later -- not cool -- I find myself back at the front desk talking to the same worker. I end up showing him how to cancel out the reservation and just give me whatever he has on the lot (once again, I'm flexible - that's fine). Anyway, they have a car but - at this point not a surprise - it hasn't been cleaned from the previous driver. I was lucky I got something with fuel and wheels. When I returned my car, there were three people waiting around to get their reservations. The worker wasn't present. They told me they had been waiting 20 minutes. Eventually, he came back in a panicky huff. I didn't bother returning my keys. I dropped them off in the overnight box and walked away. It's a very poor operation with unprofessional / untrained staff. Good luck renting here. I would get there early and plan on complications. Better yet, cancel the reservation and go somewhere else.

If I could give this company -5 stars. I definitely would. First of all, there was no manager for me to talk to after the imbecile at the counter could not give me a reason for needing 2 credit cards. So he had to call her. Oh yea and her name was Loretta by the way. Loretta was very rude and disrespectful after being interrupted to deal with a customer paying 400.00. I simply asked her for a reason on why I needed 2 credit cards and GUESS WHAT. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. So I call customer service to make a complaint and get a FULL refund, since this was something that could have been avoided had I just known about it. The first gentlemen who I talked to was great took my complaint and transferred me to billing. Now the lady in billing I of course asked why 2 cards were needed. Only to get hung up on AGAIN. Not to mention being treated like I never spent 400.00 with them. Was informed by 3 different people that my refund would be processed in 3-5 days the first time. 5-7 days the second time. And 5-10 days the third time. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, IDIOT FILLED, RIDICULOUS company I have EVER seen. And I will continue to post bad reviews until my money is into my account. And will NEVER recommend anyone to use this terrible company. And will also continue to call them EVERYDAY. Until someone can give me a straight answer. Beware of this company they are scammers that have no clue what they are even doing. OH AND DO NOT COMMENT FOR ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR HELP BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE THE ONES WHO DID ALL OF THIS. I WILL BE EMAILING, CALLING, AND LEAVING REVIEWS FOR YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE. WITH EVERY SINGLE PERSONS NAME WHO CAUSED THIS.
