I reserved a car and paid in full previous night of 10-13-20 for a 7:30 am pick up on 10-14-20. I arrived at 7:30 and I was told car would not be delivered for 2 hours. I was given a number to call if I wanted to cancel, but I decided to leave premises (walking) come back and pick up car later only to find out out representative had taken it upon herself to cancel for me because I said I might cancel. She gave me a number to call and cancel but then still cancelled on my behalf without checking or confirming with me. She then ordered a car again for me which was now 3 hours later. I arrived at work and had to take a half day of dock because I was so late. The ineptitude of this transaction was horrific! I will be posting this on social media. Why offer prepaid reservations only to not be able to provide the service or product and then not have the capacity to notify customer of unavailability. On top of that make decisions for customer without confirmation!.

I got a smaller car that what i expected. I booked an SUV type vehicle and they gave me a compact SUV. I can tell that the previous renter was a smoker cause the car smells like smoke and the ceiling was dirty. There was some pre-existing damage on the side mirror and the ceiling that was not noted. If i was not in a planned schedule, i wouldn't take the car they were giving me.

I am very disappointed. I made 2 reservations for a car just to be told that they ran out of cars and cant complete my request. How do i plan 2 reservations and for both i was told that my request could not be fulfilled. Whats the purpose of a reservation if you dont honor it. Poor review and customer service, luis in reservations needs to fired. Rude and not helpful

Rented the car at 4p and was told I had to be back at 3p. I tried calling numerous time to advise them I would be a few minutes late and no answer. I was 8 min and got charged an extra day. I will NEVER rent from you again and will be posting this all over yelp, google and wherever else I can!

I rented a full-size truck well in advance. I rented it for a week. When I arrived, they only had a mid-size. Furthermore, this truck is the oldest model on the market, making it more like a small-sized truck. My needs demanded a full size, but they said they couldn't do anything about it.
