Normally have a great experience here. I made a reservation for noon on Sunday. Shame on me for not checking that they close at noon. Arriving 10 minutes after noon resulted in them being closed and me not having a car. Suggest they last pickup time be 15 minutes before you actually close.
Not a good experience at all. I booked a van and they called me the day of picking the vehicle up and said they dont have it and could not find me anything else. Wow!!
This is my favorite car rental location. They are so pro customer. I haven’t had any issue renting cars in a weekly basis.
After talking to a representative over the phone placing the reservation. I informed him I had a debit card from unemployment providing him my debit information the vehicle was then reserved. I was set up to go pick it up, to not. When I made it to the location I was turned away and down.. Gov. Card don't have credit to give me to assure my making payment.
Highly recommend Crystal and Anthony because they were great at being honest and upfront. Many people were freaking out the day I got the car because this location had no cars available. They were calling people down a list and although disappointed I understood that my reservation didn't confirm a car for me. However, not even 15 minutes later Crystal called me back with a car available. Roadside Assistance was amazing! Highly recommend using this company and these people for business!
