From start to finish (and beyond) Taylor Newton has been phenomenal to work with. Since my previous car was totaled, I needed to lock something down ASAP. Not only was the urgency daunting, but I also hadn't been in the market for a vehicle in almost 7 years. So grateful Taylor stepped in to save the day. He is a true professional who goes above and beyond to find exactly what you need. He graciously answered every question in depth to help me fully understand the process and alleviate my anxiety. Purchasing a car is a major decision beyond budget and features. *Life* factors in, especially in such uncertain times with the pandemic--and Taylor was incredibly understanding of this. For me personally, the most important aspect of sales is working with someone who *genuinely* cares. From the very first phone call, I knew Taylor was exactly that. Even after the sale, he followed up thoroughly with delivery updates (and overall) to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. I will absolutely do business again with Taylor and send family/friends his way. He is top notch. Thank you!!

My husband and I just signed a lease for a new Escape. The whole process was the easiest car deal that we've ever had thanks to Joe Neal. Not only did he give us an FANTASTIC deal but he turned this experience from stressful to AMAZING. He literally emailed us all the documents, and brought the car to us twice, once to show it to us and then to finally deliver it. He took our old car and that was it, we had a brand new car. So easy! Joe is truly amazing, super professional, always available, ready and willing to answer any questions and he goes above and beyond to make your car buying / leasing experience stress-free and pleasant. Our experience with D&M Leasing was certainly not what we expected. I researched the company, asked questions and got really good feedback and that made us happy Afterwards, it was surprisingly very easy, once I was able to convince Clint I did not want a Pathfinder (lol). Probably one of the easiest transactions we’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle and although I wanted another kind of vehicle, we were happy with the one we got. Looking forward to our next experience with Clint and D&M Leasing.
