Trina and Anna were so helpful in getting me in a rental while my car was in the body shop. They not only got me better rates than I was quoted online they assisted in getting the rental back once I picked up my car. Very kind and helpful team at the Fort Worth 7th street location

Elizabeth was the best! She took care of everything and went the extra mile even though they had a limited availability due to spring break. She has unbelievable customer service and would recommend going to her if you need help or have questions.

This is the second car I rented and it REEKED of weed. Both times I was told there wasn’t anything they could do about it. When I rented the car it was pouring down rain and foggy. We did the walk around and I didn’t notice any damage. Return it the next day and the agent pointed out two dings on the front of the hood that I could barely see in the sun let alone the rain. Now they are coming after me for these damages that I absolutely did not cause. They said that the damage wasn’t previously documented. How am I not surprised because the originally place I got it felt it was perfectly fine to put myself and my young child in a car that smelled so badly of weed I and her were sick the entire time we had it. Absolutely will never rent from this company again. 1 star only because I couldn’t pick zero.

Great customer service. On 7th Street, Anna knew exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I really like this car, it not only looks great but drives great as well.I hope they take care of her. She's the only reason I didn't go somewhere else. Keep up the good work Anna.
