The elderly black lady moves very slow. She needs to wear glasses. You can tell that she has trouble seeing. The Navy female that’s at the front desk, is just there to be there. She just sits there and talk on her phone and FaceTime. The white guy with the beard actually works. I was there for 40 minutes, and the guy with the beard got 3 people their passes in a timely manner. Unfortunately I was called by the elderly black lady. It took her 20 minutes just to type my information in the system. You will wait here for a long time for no reason at all even when it’s not busy in there.

Just an overall bad experience. The phone line is an automated service that you sit through just for them to hang up in the end. When you get there you wait for hours on end just for bad service.

They have made this park absolutely amazing within the last couple years. I started riding down to that Park from where I live on the Trinity Trails a long time ago. Years ago. And to see what they've done to honor that bass and the military is so fabulous! I am impressed!
