Lorraine is extraordinary. She will do everything to make sure your vacation is perfect. We booked a cruise with Carnival and they had to cancel for ship repairs. Lorraine took care of me and booking a new trip while she was on her own vacation in Alaska! I cannot say enough great things about her. Best travel agent ever!
