Always on time with calls on medicine and supplies. Never had to wait for anything. Keeps up to date with the drs orders and any medication changes. Very professional and courteous and respectful. Follows through to make sure the medicine delivery was received.

Love Landmark and so helpful. They are quick with their response, and they start working on the orders ASAP. Very informational and great about checking in to see if you need anything and if everything is alright with your medication.

I have been with Landmark for over 6 years now. Jamie & Pat are absolutely amazing! Pat is now helping me with my next power wheelchair! She guided me through what was best for my disability vs what I thought I wanted. I am so glad for her knowledge of power chairs, because sometimes what we think we want is not the best for what we actually need! Her concern was for my comfort, needs and ability to get around vs making a quick sale! That is huge to me, I will continue with Landmark for the foreseeable future! Landmark moved up delivery of my alternating pressure mattress by several days to help expedite my treatment. They were very prompt and courteous on the phone and had delivery and set up within an two hours. Can’t say enough about Josh who did the delivery and set up. Did some unscheduled maintenance on my bed which is greatly appreciated. It was really nice to see someone who was so professional and knowledgeable. Did the job with a smile. We will be back as future needs arise.
