We hired Issac to re-key the locks on our new house based on the excellent reviews on google and we were not disappointed. Issac was efficient, informative, and very pleasant to deal with. He did exactly what we asked for, didn't try to oversell us on any extras, even gave us additional keys at no charge. There were no surprises with the bill or any hidden charges, the amount quoted on the phone was exactly what we paid. We recommend Issac without reservation and will not hesitate to hire him again.

I had a scheduled appointment with Hi Q Locksmith for lock installation. I had picked the locks and all but till the day of our appointment arrived I noticed that one more lock had significant problems. The techs were more than willing to check out that lock, too. Lock repair didn't take them more than a few minutes but it's always the good will that counts. They are extraordinary professionals but also amazing people!

By the early afternoon, we found a time when we could both meet to replace the locks on our renovated home.
