The onwer is not professional at all. Her hours stated M-F from 7am to 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 to retrive my pillowsnShe was locked,lights off and gone.nI returned the next day at 5pm and asked about the hours she then tells me she closes at 530. And that she told me lie#1 then she got mad at me and started yelling at me I then adked her to lower her voice I was not yelling at you please not yell at me. She was mad because I question her charging me 30.00 for 1 seam to close a pillow. I told her I hope she made her money because you mad it is 30.00 dollars. I am a seamstress also and my power machine need service that is why I came to her.nShe said it was very hard to sew a 3/4 straight seam even though I had pinned it already. I told her I would never raise my voice and talk to any customer in the manner she did. I paid her and told her I will not ever return. I normally would have not said anything but the totally disrepect and poor value had to be reported.
They agreed to sew new patches on a new Nylon Navy flight jacket.nThey did an amazing job, patches were machine sewn , greatncustomer service. Definitely a local business worth supporting
Decided to try some other place. The lady seemed kinda rude. She was probably just tired or something , but I just didn’t feel safe leaving my clothes with her for 6 days, I just wanted my pants hemmed. Looking somewhere else for a warmer experience.
Prices are a little steep but they are very fast
Excellent service and reasonable price - On a business trip and needed a quick fix for my shirt/suit; the turn around time is within an hour... she is amazing... highly recommended !!!
