I got something online that was broken, and yet the purchase couldn't be fixed, I walked out with so much more. Great customer service, specifically Ms. Yolanda. No force selling and extremely helpful.

Extremely covid safe and management and associates extremely helpful . It will certainly be to anyone's advantage to shop there. I can't speak to any other stores because I haven't visited them but the store at Hawk's Creek Center Fort Worth TX 76114 was clean and friendly and helpful!

This is the best Kay jeweler's store I have been to. In my experience, this store has, by far, the most experienced, helpful, and friendly staff. I have never had a bad experience here, whether I was just looking, or actually making a purchase. I highly recommend this store!
