No problems. Only the unconstitutional mask mandate made me give less than 5 stars.
We got out licensing started here quickly and easily. Staff are super friendly upstairs. Has an elevator. Good parking. Big tip, come Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday mornings for speedy service. Very few people there. We were almost immediately helped. The process can be pretty lengthy, but the staff guided is right thru it. Great place

I went to renew my passport here and not sure if the ladies there are lazy or lying because they said they couldn’t help me and to just mail my renewal application in. They stated that they only help anyone who is getting their passport for the first time or has had an expired passport for the last five years. But Department of State in their website specifically states that you can go to the passport acceptance facility and get it renewed or mailed of course.I choose to walk in and get it renewed. Plus the website indicates this location helped with passport renewal. What a waste of time to go early and stand and line and then they tell you with a very unfriendly attitude we don’t do that here, just mail it in. I’m no sure what is the problem with passport employees that have a sense of superiority and feel they can treat people the way they want. They need to do their job and be professional. People get tired of having to deal with unfriendly employees and horrible customer service.
