The requirements to get a prescription transferred to this site are insane. The pharmacy techs require you look up the other pharmacy or your doctor's phone number. Any other site will do that for you, to ensure fraud doesn't occur.nTo speak to a human, hit zero and prepare to wait on hold.

There always seems to be an issue almost every time I go here. It has run smoothly maybe once or twice, & I’ve been coming regularly this year. It seems as though they really do not care about you. It’s always such an inconvenience. I’m searching for a better pharmacy. One that is better organized, & has better customer service. They are usually rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I no longer have confidence in this pharmacy and can not trust them ... Their good reputation is no longer deserved ... They continually blame the various doctors for their failures ... Too many times they have been caught in obvious lies ... I have asked for contact information for an area manager, but have been refused ... they have promised that a district manager would contact me ... Of course it has never happened ... It is shameful they have let a good operation come apart at the seams

These people do not care. If they made a mistake and it causes the system to show you don't have insurance, even though you are Retired Military and have insurance for life, they do not have the decency to ask if you have enough medication to get by for a couple of days while you straighten it out. Horrible customer service. The employees, other than Candice, do NOT care.
