No more Nacho and Rattlesnake Fries. Today 8/31/19: no cherry slushie and the debit card machine was inoperable. Lost me as a customer. Went to McDonald's across the street fron it. Waiting for them to open the doors so i could orse4 my meal inside tge store.No walk up service as yet.

Rude disrespectful and very hateful they do not know how to do customer service they also do not know how to respect their customers my thirteen-year-old daughter walked up to the window to get a replacement of our order because they did not fulfill our order completely She said I can take my car and drive around whenever I was busy and I was on the phone she could have handed my daughter the food and said I am sorry for making a mistake that instead she proceeded to yell and argue her name is Dana she is the worst employee of Taco Bell that I have dealt with from now on I will go to 1st Street or I will go to Outer Loop I will never go back to 28th Street again I would highly suggest to go to 1st Street Taco Bell or 1:00 out on Dixie before you go to 28th Street

Was out of whip cream for drinks. I think they should inform you when you order so you can decide to purchase are not. The guy was very polite who took my order

Couldn't see menu lights were out was out of everything taco shells broken and old was made very sloppy this location is a big no for me and won't be back
