Ordered 2 reg subs only to get 1 that was wrong. I have No receipt because the printer wasn't working right. I tried to call and they just closed. The girl working the cash register can't hear
Great food when you get what you order. Lousy customer service, long waits, incorrect orders, small store and management is almost never there, or at least not on the floor. One would think that if you are paying for a “premium” sandwich that you would get just that and what you ordered. Probably a south end thing. The east end and okolona stores are always better even down to the cook on the sandwich and fries.
Employees were friendly and food was delicious and it was a very clean place.
Meat is fresh great place better than subway
Food was good and was delivered fast but way over priced for the size subs they offer, like Jersey mikes prices with a double meat subway sub size at best
